OrganizedWisdom will be attending the Healthcare Blogging Summit and the Consumer Health World Conference next week in Washington D.C. If you are going to be at the conference, and you think there is a way we can work together to help people get better health information, please contact me at unity <at> organizedwisdom.com and let's make plans to meet...

Sadly, the bloggers who aren't trying to cash in on the health care industry and suck up to business interests weren't invited.

Gadfly,
Wish you would have been able to attend. The more diversity in voices the better in our opinion. I'll post some of the highlights in an upcoming post for those who couldn't attend...but the tone and theme of the session was certainly welcoming, supportive, and open to anyone. In fact, I met business bloggers, law bloggers, bloggers from March of Dimes, CDC, the founder of BlogHer, physician bloggers, John Mack who frequently writes commentaries against the Pharma industry...I didn't meet enough patient bloggers though and that would have added a powerful and much needed dimension. Anyway, thanks for your comment...
